The Best Western Parkplace Inn & Suites is pleased to offer a friendly, comfortable and very versatile meeting/banquet room. Our meeting/banquet room is flexible enough to handle the smallest groups to a group of about 60. A variety of audio/visual equipment is available including a large 8-foot by 6-foot pull-down screen and an overhead projector. There is also a 32-inch television monitor with VCR available, as well as visual aids such as a flipchart and whiteboard. The meeting/banquet room has a wet bar for coffee and snacks for breaks. The room is conveniently located across from the lobby and the continental breakfast area, which can be set up for catered meals if necessary. Adjacent to the meeting/banquet room is our fully equipped business center for our business traveler.

EXCEPTIONAL MEETING SPACE AND OCEANFRONT LODGING. If you are planning a corporate event, reunion, business retreat or any special gathering, consider the Elizabeth Street Inn. Our meeting space is specially situated for an intense planning session, high-energy motivational groups, for training purposes or whatever you might need. The space can be configured in a variety of ways that will best suit your group and includes TV/DVD player and white board.
The Elizabeth Street Room is located on the lower level and offers an intimate space that is ideal for small to medium size meetings, corporate retreats, team building and incentive programs in addition to private functions, such as family reunions. Our Hospitality room is located on our third floor and is for groups that need extra space to gather. It's ideal for meal functions and social events. If you need catering services, the Elizabeth will work with you to plan the perfect option. And for those events that require overnight accommodations, the Elizabeth offers all oceanfront guest rooms and a variety of room types. All the amenities at the Elizabeth are available to our overnight guests, including a fitness center ocean view pool and Jacuzzi spa and complimentary wireless Internet access. The Ramada Banquet room perfect for small groups. The room will seat 45 for a banquet or 70 for a meeting. It is available for weddings and may be utilized for groups as a hospitality room. The cost for banquet room rental is just $225 per day + taxes and includes basic set-up. Special Banquet room rates are available based on catering and group rooms. Cocktail or Bar Service is available in the banquet room upon request. We have a 32" wall mounted TV, VCR & DVD and a 8 ft screen & proxima available for your use. Catering is provided by The North shore Grill. The following is a sample of our banquet menus. We encourage you to make suggestions to customize your event. Our conference level features three separate meeting rooms that are connected to a spacious pre-function area decorated with lovely cherry wood furnishings. The Best Western Park Plaza 's professional conference staff can assist you in making arrangements for your catering and program needs. The Georgian Room is our largest room with elegant décor including built-in mirrors and brass chandeliers. The Georgian Room also features an in-house sound system and built-in screen.
